Does Qiviut shrink in the wash?
Unlike traditional wool, Qiviut does not felt or shrink in any temperature of water. However, to maintain the shape of your garment, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild detergent and laying it flat to dry.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing in your specific country.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to the high value of our garments, all returns must undergo a quality inspection before a refund is issued.
